Erling Haaland has broken the Premier League single-season scoring record as Manchester City returned to the top of the table with a 3-0 victory over West Ham United.

The Norwegian striker scored twice in the second half to take his tally to 32 goals for the season, surpassing the previous record of 31 held by Sergio Aguero.

Phil Foden and Rodri also scored for City, who moved one point clear of Arsenal with just three games remaining in the title race.

The victory was City's fourth straight Premier League title and their eighth top-flight championship overall.
